Provided all-purpose content work for the central communications hub of this massive health system, writing and editing content as needed in several forms and formats, including press releases, articles, web content, print materials, and speech notes.

Served as content specialist for the research arm of the University of Pennsylvania, providing editorial advisement, research, and in-depth reportage relevant to the Alzheimer's and dementia communities.

Worked for years with Bridges 2 Wealth, a Philadelphia-based non-profit organization that provides financial literacy education to the city's most underserved neighborhoods. My work entailed editorial advisement, content creation, and graphic design.

Worked extensively with the central strategic marketing and communications hub of Temple University, developing more than 100 degree program overviews, providing concepts and copy for brochures, and reporting on news-worthy happenings around campus.

Worked with the dean of the Kornberg dentistry school to rebuild the college's website, with particular focus on innovative research efforts. I pitched the website architecture, drafted content, managed photo shoots, and built entire sections of the site myself.

In collaboration with other writers, web builders, and translators at Temple University, I designed and developed a microsite tailored to a Chinese audience.
